Cross trail
 Directions:: Watch for crossovers at miles 114, 117 and 119. Or, at mile 112.1 go through Fort Frederick to route 56. Turn left on 56,
and you will reach the parking lot / trailhead
around 3/4 mile. Western end is near C&O mile 136.2, behind Lock 56 lockhouse.
