Just got in a couple hours ago, wife and I did a trainer from Pgh to Ohiopyle and back (Sat& Sun) 74 miles each way. Trail was great very hard and fast. Great weather. Passed a lot of Greenway Sojouners both days, they even camped at Ceder Creek County Park and where there when we passed.We did well 6.5 hrs each day but are pretty tired from the accumulative effect of each days ride. It should be easier in Sept.
